Week 27 Meal Plan
Welcome to the Week 27 Meal Plan! Each weeknight dinner and a big breakfast for all week is outlined below. The button displaying the name of each meal links you directly to the recipe that we use.
Some recipes are Homestead Witch originals; others are not. If you are new to using our farm-to-table 365-day meal plan, you can learn what it is and how to use it here.
Monday

Grilled Zucchini Nachos-use zucchini as the chips and top with all of your favorite nacho toppings! A great recipe to use up the summer zucchini!
Tuesday

This Sheet Pan Dinner with Bratwurst and Roasted Vegetables has amazing flavor and is an incredibly easy meal that gets dinner on the table in no time. It’s a one-pan wonder and an incredibly easy way to get dinner on the table. In addition to being easy, the flavors are amazing.
Wednesday

We LOOOOVE making fresh witchy basil pesto pasta in the summertime. Basil pesto pasta takes about 15 minutes to make, and it’s nourishing and delicious. I add nutritional yeast for the health benefits and added flavor. Sometimes we make our own noodles from scratch when we have extra time.
Thursday

This Instant Pot chicken and rice is just absolutely dreamy. It’s rich and creamy but SO quick and easy to make. The whole family will love it, and it’s a true one-pot meal!
Friday

These farm-to-table fajitas are delicious and straightforward. The veggies listed in the recipe are our faves, but you can substitute anything you want! We don’t typically add the zucchini when it’s out of season.
Breakfast

Peanut butter and banana is a classic combination that is for satisfying a sweet tooth. It will sustain you through the morning, not leaving you hungry like so many healthly breakfast options.

- 2 Yellow Onions
- 1 head Garlic
- 2 Avacados
- 5 Bananas
- 2 Tomatoes

- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 Lime
- 2 Yellow Squashes
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 2 cups Basil
- 2 cloves Garlic
From the Store
- 3 cups Granola
- 3 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can Black Beans
- 14 oz Smoked Brats
- 2 tbsp Walnuts
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 box Bowtie Pasta
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups White Rice
