Week 30 Meal Plan
Welcome to the Week 30 Meal Plan! Each weeknight dinner and a big breakfast for all week is outlined below. The button displaying the name of each meal links you directly to the recipe that we use.
Some recipes are Homestead Witch originals; others are not. If you are new to using our farm-to-table 365-day meal plan, you can learn what it is and how to use it here.
Monday

You can make this one in a half-hour or less, and it’s packed with a lot of great flavors. You get protein from the beans and cheese and wonderful healthy fats from the lime-infused diced avocado.
Tuesday

All of our favorite goodies from the garden tossed with fresh mozzarella and drizzled in reduced balsamic vinegar.
Wednesday

Eaten raw, tomatillos have a very lemon-like flavor to them. Once cooked, they soften up and their flavors mellow — they are a perfect compliment to pinto or peruano beans. They are full of fiber and an affordable way to feed a large family.
Thursday

Our Yakisoba is simple and quick to make. Another one of our super fast weekday dinners for busy nights.
Friday

Dress up your pizza with something a little different in this Blackberry Basil Ricotta Pizza. It’s elegant. It’s simple. And it’s totally delicious!
Breakfast

This is the perfect summer breakfast to use up our ample eggs and zucchinis. It’s delicious and always makes me smile when I see it’s up on the list.
